| Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2014 for taking on record the Company's Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Regulation 6.2 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members from July 01, 2014 to July 25, 2014 for dealing in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares. | |
