| Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned Meeting held July 24, 2014 (after the Annual General Meeting of the Company) has appointed Mr. V. S. Parthasarathy as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company. Mr. V. S. Parthasarathy is Chief Financial Officer, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited arid is also designated as Group CIO, EVP Group MandA and Member of the Group Executive board, Mahindra Group, Mr. Parthasarathy holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered. Accountants of India. He is also Harvard Alumni of Advanced Management Program - batch 2011.<br/><br/>Mr. V. S. Parthasarathy shall hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company pursuant to the provisions of section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant Rules. | |
