| Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the first day of the month, following the respective quarter, half-year or financial year, as the case may be, till 24 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the meeting. Accordingly trading window has been closed for all directors /officers / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members from April 01, 2015 and shall remain closed till May 12, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
