We wish to inform you that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution passed today i.e. 9th March, 2017 issued and allotted 25,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employees under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme, 2007. Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 3,780,882,650/- to Rs. 3,781,137,650/-.
