| Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited Annual Accounts of the Company and recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from April 01, 2014 to April 23, 2014 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated Employees and their Dependent Family members shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of MLDL securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed. | |
