Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held in July 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ending on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from June 01, 2015 till August 02, 2015. The Trading Window shall open from August 03, 2015.
