| Malwa Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, and Companys code for Prohibition Of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 19, 2016 till the expiry of 48 hours from the Conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held on May 30, 2016. | |
