Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 100% (i.e. Rs. 2/- per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- each) on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15. The Company shall made payment of the dividend on or after February 25, 2015.
