Manaksia Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of further updates regarding Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391(2) and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 between Manaksia Limited (hereinafter referred to as the said "Transferor Company") and Manaksia Aluminum Company Limited (MALCO), Manaksia Steel Limited (MAST), Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited (MACMIL) and Manaksia Industries Limited (MAIL), (hereinafter referred to as the said "Resulting Companies").
