Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 100% (i.e. Rs. 2/- per Equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each) on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
