Manappuram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, has; <br/><br/>1. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.45 per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each.<br/><br/>2. Mr. I. Unnikrishnan, has resigned from the position of Executive Director and Deputy CEO. The Board has accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from office on November 30, 2014. He will continue on the Board as a non-executive Director.
