| With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 28, 2014 regarding Board Meeting for FY14 results and dividend on May 13, 2014, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 13, 2014 to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, has been rescheduled.<br/><br/>The Board meeting will be held on May 20, 2014 (instead of May 13, 2014) inter alia to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and recommend dividend, if any. | |
