| Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting scheduled for February 09, 2016 for declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015 has been rescheduled and will now be held on February 12, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Clause 10.1 of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading window" for dealing in shares of MRPL, shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 in view of the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015 at its Board meeting scheduled for February 12, 2016. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. | |
