Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors or the Company is scheduled to be held on January 20, 2017 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended the December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and designated Employees and their dependents from January 05, 2017 to January 23, 2017 (both days inclusive).
