Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, inter-alia, has considered and approved the declaration of the Third Interim Dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Re. 1/- each being 100% on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 129.02 Crores for the financial year 2015-16. The meeting started at 11.00 a.m. and concluded on 11.30 a.m.
