Marico Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 25, 2014, <br/>inter-alia to consider declaration of one time Silver Jubilee Third Interim Dividend for FY 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further the Company has inform that, in terms of Marico Employees (Dealing in Securities and Prevention of Insider Trading) Rules, 2012, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Insiders of the Company from March 20, 2014 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the aforesaid Board Meeting to the public (both days Inclusive).
