Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have vide resolution passed through circulation as on August 21, 2015 approved allotment of 200 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1 each under the existing Marico Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2007.<BR><BR>Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 645,085,399 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 645,085,399 to 645,085,599 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 645,085,599/-.
