Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Re-designation of Mr. Harsh Mariwala, Chairman and Executive Director to "Chairman and Non-Executive Director" of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Vivek Karve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.
