Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Declaration of the Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each being 150% on paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 129.02 Crores for the financial year 2015-16. For the aforesaid purpose, the payment date shall be February 29, 2016.
