Maruti Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:<br/><br/>- To consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed for the period November 03, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
