Maruti Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall closed from January 31, 2017 and re-open after the completion of forty-eight hours (after the information become generally available). Hence all Designated / Connected Persons shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
