| Mascon Global Ltd has informed BSE that for obtaining an extension of time for conducting the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended June 2011 till February 28, 2012.<br/><br/>Due to the on going restructuring in the Subsidiaries, the Accounts could not be closed for Audit and hence the Company had sought for further extension of time to hold the Annual General meeting with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Chennai for time till March 2012.<br/><br/>In line with the request of the Company, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the office of the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu have considered the request and given approval for extension to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM for one month i.e. till March 28, 2012, to conduct the meeting of the Company to approve the Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2011.<br/> <br/>The Company is taking steps to consider the accounts up to June 2011 at the earliest so that the AGM can be concluded well before the extended period of time.<br/><br/>Since, the Audited accounts will get approved only in this AGM, the subsequent quarter results for September 20011, December 2011 also will completed up on the closing of the audited accounts up to June 30, 2011. | |
