With reference to above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 26, 2017 have approved payment of Interim dividend @ Re. 2/- per share (face value Rs. 5/- per share) (i.e. 40%), which will be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before November 24, 2017.<BR> <BR> The Record Date for the purpose of eligibility for payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed as Wednesday, November 08, 2017
