Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, has <br/>recommended final Dividend @ Rs 2.75/- per share (55%) for approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which if approved will be paid on or after July 28, 2014 and before August 21, 2014.
