Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial Results of Company on Stand-Alone basis and Consolidated Financial Results basis for the year ended March 31, 2015 together with the report of Directors and Auditors thereon.<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration of final dividend.<BR><BR>3. To fix the Book Closure Dates.<BR><BR>4. To fix the day, date, time and place of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
