Master Trust Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year and quarter ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders ("Code of Conduct") of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year and quarter ended March 31, 2016.
