Master Trust Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2015 and will open on August 17, 2015 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on August 14, 2015.
