Master Trust Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders ("Code of Conduct") of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 to June 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on May 30, 2015.
