TThis has reference to our intimation regarding the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") in the case of Maximaa Systems Limited ("the Company") under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code). We wish to inform you that the 07th (Seventh) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Friday, 16th June, 2023 at 04:00 P.M. via video conferencing through Webex Application.
