Maximaa Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and adopt un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016;<BR><BR>2. To appoint M/s. NPV & Associates as Internal Auditor of the Company for Financial year 2016-17;<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for all the specified person of the Company has commenced from February 07, 2017 and shall end 48 hours after the result are made public on February 13, 2017.
