Maximaa Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and adopt audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>2. To re-appoint Mr. Manoj Shah as Managing Director,<BR><BR>3. To re-appoint Mr. Mahesh Shah as Jt. Managing Director;<BR><BR>4. To re-appoint Mr. Mayur Shah as Jt. Managing Director;<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Prevention of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for all the specified person of the Company has commenced from May 20, 2016 and shall end 48 hours after the result are made public on May 30, 2016.
