Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended on September 30, 2014, to take on record the Limited Review Report for the said quarter and to consider and declare the Second Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2014-15, if any.
