McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2014, has approved the Alteration of the Main Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association to enable the Company to inter alia venture into trading activities, subject to the approval of shareholders by postal ballot in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
