The Exchange had sought clarification from McDowell Holdings Ltd with respect to news article appearing on CNBC TV18 on October 03, 2017 titled "Vijay Mallya Arrested in London"<BR><BR>McDowell Holdings Ltd replied stating "McDowell Holdings Limited is not aware of any proceedings against Dr. Vijay Mallya leading to his arrest in London. We have come to know of his arrest from electronic media reports only.<BR><BR>Please also note that It has also been reported by several media that Dr. Mallya has been granted bail yesterday.<BR><BR>We have no information other than what is reported on media."
