Medi Caps Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Keshav Singh Varma, Independent director of the Company, has resigned from the Board, which has been accepted on April 28, 2017, and his office from all the committees of the Board has also been ceased due to his resignation. Upon his resignation from the office of directors, the membership of the committees of the Board has also been ceased w.e.f. 828th April, 2017.
