Medicamen Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Results for the Second Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and corporate disclosure practices adopted pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company's Directors /Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 06, 2014 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
