Meghmani Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 03, 2014, to consider, approve and take on record Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares shall remain closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees of the Company from October 21, 2014 to November 03, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approving Un Audited Financial results of the Second Quarter ended on September 30, 2014.
