Meghmani Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Meghmani Finechem Limited (MFL) is a subsidiary of Meghmani Organics Limited (MOL). MOL holds 57% of the Equity Shares of MFL.<br/><br/>MFL at its Board Meeting held on September 24, 2014 has recommended Interim dividend of Rs. 3.60 (36%) per Equity share aggregating Rs. 254,735,996 on 70,759,999 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial year 2014-15.
