MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Propose and recommend the dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations and Company's internal code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 27, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
