Mewar Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed from May 20, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) for promoters, directors, designated persons, connected persons and immediate relatives.
