As per the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading and pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 for all the officers and designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from Monday, 15th May, 2017 till Wednesday , 24th May, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from Monday,15th May,2017 till Wednesday, 24th May, 2017 (both days inclusive).
