Buy / sell / Leasing of Property as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Transferring all claims against 50% of Bank Guarantee furnished by bank of Maharashtra Nashik City Branch in-favour of MIC Electronics Limited to Energy Efficiency Services Limited which is implementation partner of Nashik Municipal Corporation Project.
