| With reference to the above mentioned subject and as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that, Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, i.e. 06th February, 2024, has inter alia, considered and approved the following matters: 1. Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter as well as Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2023 alongwith LRR thereon. 2. Re-constitution of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee w.e.f. 01st April, 2024. 3. Other routine businesses with the permission of chair. Further, above results shall also be submitted in XBRL mode within 24 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting. | |
