Midfield Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2012 inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 25% i.e., Rs 2.50/- per Equity Share subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and subject to such regulatory and statutory approvals.
