Midland Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following :<BR><BR>1. The Board has approved appointment of Mr. Shubhum Jain, as Non-executive Independent Director.<BR><BR>2. The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Aditya Phanse from the post of Managing Director with effect from December 11, 2015.
