MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution dated August 08, 2014, have accepted the notice of resignation dated, July 21, 2014 of Mr. Janakiraman Srinivasan, Executive Director, President and Chief Technology Officer of the Company.<br/><br/>Through the said Circular Resolution, the Board of Directors have approved to relieve Mr. Janakiraman Srinivasan of his official duties from the Board of Directors and to de-classify him as a Promoter with effect from October 20, 2014.
