With reference to the earlier letter dated January 19, 2015, MindTree Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has completed the closing conditions and obtained necessary regulatory approvals with respect to the acquisition of entire ownership interest in Discoverture Solutions LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Arizona, United States & purchase of specified assets of Discoverture Solutions India Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.
