MINDTREE LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2015, have recommended an interim dividend of 30% (Rs. 3/- per equity share of par value Rs. 10/- each) for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders by July 31, 2015.
