MMTC LTD. - MMTC Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from MMTC Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Financial Chronicle on August 31, 2015 titled "MMTC keen to sell its stake in ICEX"<BR> <BR>MMTC Ltd replied stating "It is hereby clarified that the Board of Directors of MMTC has directed the management to explore the possibility of divesting its stake in a Joint Venture company i.e. in ICEX pursuant to FMC guidelines regarding promoter's holdings in the said JV company. The company is exploring various possibilities on this direction. No concrete decision is taken by the Board of Directors in this regard so far. As and when any such decision is taken the same shall be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in due course." <BR>
