MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 11, 2015 pursuant to Regulation 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulation 2009 (Delisting Regulations) have approved the delisting of its equity shares from the Delhi, Kolkata Chennai Stock Exchanges.<BR><BR>The Equity Shares of the Company will continue to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange having nationwide trading terminals as major trading activities of MMTC Shares are done through these two Stock Exchanges only.
